[STUDIO 1] – Welcome to your cosy self-contained studio in a block of 11 Studios, on Avenue Road, Leamington Spa, ideally located just a short stroll from the picturesque Victoria Park and only 5 minutes’ walk to Leamington Spa town centre. Perfect for short stays, business trips, or extended getaways, this studio is thoughtfully designed to combine comfort and convenience.
For parking, Avenue Road is divided into two sections by a small roundabout. On the far side of the roundabout, parking is free all day and night. On the side where the accommodation is located, parking is restricted to a maximum of 2 hours with no return between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM, but is free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests can park for free all day on the far side of the roundabout and move their vehicle to the accommodation side in the evening if needed.
Inside, you’ll find two double beds with plush bedding, a bedside table for your valuables, and a sleek 50-inch wall-mounted Smart TV offering Freeview, FREE complimentary Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Disney+ at no extra charge (already logged in on the TV for you to binge watch all your favourite shows and movies). The dining area comfortably seats four, providing the perfect space for meals or work.
The private kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs, featuring a washing machine and dryer, fridge, oven, microwave, and all essential appliances, crockery, and utensils. A coffee machine with complimentary pods, tea, coffee, sugar sachets, and a variety of kitchen extras are included to make you feel at home.
