Reservations
The booking will be secured once the booking fee as detailed on the booking confirmation page has been received in full by Patternbricks Limited before arrival. In the absence of payment being received, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Forms of Payment
Payments will be made in pounds sterling by Visa, MasterCard, Switch, or American Express.
Cancellation & Early Departure
Our cancellation policy is 7 days before checkin and 7 days in-house.
Prior to Arrival: This means if you give us notice to cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to arrival, your booking will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. If you give us notice to cancel your reservation 7 days or more prior to arrival, your booking will be subject to a full refund back to you.
In-House: Stays of 1-7 nights with less than 7 days’ notice to cancel, will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Stays of 7 or more nights with more than 7 days’ notice to cancel, will be subject to a charge equal to 7 nights’ stay and a full refund for any remaining nights.
Notice of cancellation is required by email at bookings@patternbricks.co.uk or via WhatsApp message or regular message.
House Rules
Please we kindly ask that you respect the house rules during your stay. Here are our house rules:
- No smoking or vaping inside the property. We will charge you a £500 fee to get the property professionally cleaned to get rid of any cigarette smell and/or cigarette ends we find inside the property.
- No loud noises
- No parties or events.
- No pets allowed
In addition to any fee, we may charge for breaking our house rules, your booking may be terminated with no refunds. So, we kindly ask that you respect the house rules listed above during your stay to avoid any disruptions to your stay.
Inclusive & Additional Charges
Rentals quoted include gas, electricity, heating, water, television, and local council tax charges. Broadband and car parking are also available. We reserve the right to adjust control systems if fuel/power is wasted unnecessarily. Prices quoted also include bed linen and towels.
Arrival, Check-in & Departure
Checkin time is from 3pm on the day of arrival and checkout time is 10am on the day of departure, unless an early arrival or later departure time is requested and agreed in advance with us, which may be chargeable. Patternbricks provide a key safe for self check-in. In some circumstances a meet and greet service can be provided at an additional cost.
Keys
Any keys or remote control devices lost must be reported to us immediately. A replacement set will be issued as soon as possible at a minimum cost of £50 for keys and £60 for remote control devices. If you lock yourself out of the property and require our assistance to gain entry, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee of a minimum of £50 together with any direct costs incurred i.e. locksmith’s charges.
Loss or Injury
We accept no liability or responsibility for loss or damage to personal property nor for any costs incurred by guests due to travelling delays or alterations, nor for personal accident, death or injury to the guest or any persons using the accommodation provided or member of the guest’s party or visitor howsoever caused.
Occupancy
The number of people permitted to occupy each accommodation is limited to the number of people specified on the booking. If the number of people permitted to occupy a studio, apartment or home is exceeded, we may refuse access to the accommodation and reserve the right to charge for over occupancy. Use of our accommodations for Parties or Social Gatherings are by no means allowed.
Cleaning
All properties are professionally cleaned on departure. Guests are responsible for leaving the property in the same condition as on arrival, for example interior fixtures and fittings in the same place, state and condition, crockery, and cutlery washed-up and returned to cupboards and all rubbish disposed of.
